So, the first thing is that you must keep the SEO on the right track, and then it all comes down to optimizing content for LLMs.

Here’s the 3-step formula for GEO:

  1. Research your targeted keywords’ existing AI Overviews (AIOs).
  2. Analyze the competitors’ content that AI already cites.
  3. Create better content than them or give new information so that AI picks it up.

The third step is the most critical for GEO; that’s why you need someone who is a writer-turned-SEO like me!
